Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Little LR. We strive to provide high-quality printable reading kits, phonics flashcards, and educational E-books to support your child’s learning journey.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

Please note, certain types of goods are non-returnable, including:

• Downloadable E-books or digital learning materials
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Opened or used printable kits or flashcards
• Health or hygiene-related items (if applicable)

Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted for:

• Items with signs of use
• Damaged or incomplete items not caused by our error
• Returns received more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

2. Contact your credit card provider
3. Contact your bank (processing times can vary)

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, email us at [email protected] before sending your item.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns
